Our FEES for looking after your property

LET ONLY SERVICE

Our Let Only Service is ideal for landlords who are confident managing their property once a tenant is in place.
£ 750
  • Advice on market rent and marketing strategy
  • Advertising the property on major property portals such as On The Market
  • Conducting accompanied viewings
  • Tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement
  • Collection of the first month’s rent and deposit
  • Registering the deposit with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme

Once the tenant has moved in, responsibility for ongoing management, rent collection, maintenance and compliance passes to the landlord.

RENT COLLECTION

Our Rent Collection Service provides peace of mind by ensuring rent is collected and transferred to you each month, while you retain responsibility for day-to-day property management.
£ 750 + 8% of Monthly Rent
  • All services included in our Let Only Service
  • Collection of monthly rent
  • Transfer of rent to the landlord, less our agreed fee
  • Chasing late rental payments where required
  • Providing monthly statements

FULL MANAGEMENT

Our Full Management Service offers a comprehensive, hands-off solution for landlords who want complete professional management of their property.
£ 750 + 10% Management Fee
  • All services included in our Let Only and Rent Collection Services
  • Day-to-day management of the tenancy
  • Handling maintenance and repair issues (subject to landlord approval)
  • Regular property inspections with written reports
  • Serving relevant legal notices when required
  • Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews
  • Dealing with end-of-tenancy procedures, including check-out and deposit negotiations
